The series is about two men living in a slum city that is populated by criminals, scumbags, gangsters and everything you can imagine in a town which is run entirely by four mafia families.

The two men, by the names of Nic and Warwick, are a neutral party and they call themselves ‘handymen’. They will do almost everything as long as they’re paid.

It’s pretty much everything you need to know about Gangsta if you have never seen it. From here, everything starts and the several story layers develop.

The first episode covered most of the contents of this manga but there wasn’t much dialogue. However, it didn’t need to be ad every line which was spoken it was with a great deal of purpose and there was no unnecessary exposition.

With smooth and gritty visuals and masterful storytelling, the series is addictive as it can be. Anime perfectly mirrors the artistic style of Kohske’s manga and the characters move exactly in the way you imagined it.

The voice cast also brings out the representation of the characters and the fantastic use of smooth jazz brings out the intensity. The placement of the music is spectacular as well. Already in the first episode, you’ll be blown away.
