Fairy Tail manga is finally turning into anime, announced the author Hiro Mashima. The long-awaited final anime season is finally on its way.

Hiro Mashima revealed on his Twitter account that the final season of the anime is under adaptation and it should be out until the fall of 2021.

Mashimo teased the fans by saying that he has a lot of announcements to make in April. It made everyone wonder if the announcements were about Fairy Tail or something more.

Luckily, it’s both. Along with the exciting news about the anime series being just around the corner, Mashima also announced that his newest series are going to launch in the Weekly Shonen Magazine’s 30th issue, in the June of 2021.

He also teased back in December that the new work will be some form of fantasy and Plue could make an appearance in the new series.

The announcements don’t stop there as Mashima also talked about releasing a new sequel of Fairy Tail and another spin-off series in the works.

He didn’t specifically say if he will be drawing any of the two manga or just be an author of them.
